I had a pleasant stay for six nights, enjoying the huge room and constant maintenance from the cleaning staff. The location is super convenient, right by amenities, though I found the outside space a bit cramped and overgrown. While the breakfast could use a boost in variety, the overall experience was solid, especially considering the Tulum pricing.

I had a month-long stay at this hotel and was really impressed by the excellent staff who were always attentive and kept our room spotless. The location was convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, and other necessities, but the building itself felt a bit tired and dated. There’s so much potential here for improvement, like a little maintenance and better landscaping. Overall, this hotel provides great care and comfort but could really shine with some upgrades.
